Questioning if I should continue on here…..

Well, it has been an interesting couple of weeks.  When I won the Military challenge, I was thrilled and quickly notified Megan of my address.  Well, it has been over 2 weeks and I have not gotten an acknowledgement of my email nor have I received anything from her.  And on top of all that, I still can not post pictures to this site and have not gotten a response to several inquiries regarding my problem.  I have posted pics to various other places with no problem so it is not me.

So my question now is do I continue with Club Ruby, just keep my membership so I can get the kits and the other various perks, or do I "cut the apron strings" totally.  I am not angry, just curious as to why I have not received any help.  I really like the ideas, the feedback and everything else I have gotten since enrolling but I am really wondering if it is worth it to continue.

I realize Megan is very busy, but it is not like this site not to have a response from some one else (I did have one person offer to post my pics if I emailed them to her) regarding this.

Again, I would like to repeat that I am not angry, just curious.

  • I’m sorry you are having problems. Try emailing again it could have gotten lost in the many emails or just not made it there. I’ve been getting those lately too. I sent and they didn’t receive, not here but with other friends.

  • I would send it again :D

  • I am sorry you are having problems and that is frustrating in itself. I would agree with Teresa and send another e-mail. I would stick with Club Ruby and give it another month. I did have problems viewing the tabs on Club Ruby Designers and tried many things, it turned out that each time I log in I have to change my F12 developer tools to IE9 compat view. Maybe it is a setting on your computer and the behind the scene layout at Club Ruby Designers. I do have to drag my pictures to my desktop and load them from there as well. Thought I would offer what worked for me, I am not a computer person.

  • There's also the help section, where you can create a ticket.

  • I created a ticket last week twice which hasn't been answered either. I just figured they were very busy getting ready for CHA but maybe they didn't get it. I am having trouble seeing older videos like last November's perfect pearls demo that Megan refers to in this months kit. I have no idea what F12 developer tools are or whether that will solve my problem but I will ask my son the computer expert. I know I can't see some of the videos because IPads don't have flash player but I can't even see them on my computer which is frustrating. Having said that I wouldn't give up my Club Ruby membership because I am learning so much.

  • PS I won Card Challenge no. 8 and I also got no response to my initial email but did get one from my second. My prize took about three weeks to come to Australia but I was thrilled with what I received as you will be too I am sure.

  • Thank you all for responding to my problem. I have emailed several times and opened a ticket which I added too. My son is the computer wizard in this house and he is also stumped by the problem and hasn't been able to figure it out. I will probably keep my membership, but I would like to share my creations and get feedback. Thanks again.

  • Hello Debby!

I have sent you an email addressing your concerns! Please let me know by replying here if you did not receive it.

    Thanks!
