I have wanted to try out for a design team for along time but never felt worthy. It took a little while for my husband to convince me to try. I just see all the talented ladies who do this and I never see mine as measuring up. I thought out of the box for one of my projects thats for sure. I know that those around me like my stuff. So I made my items, took my pictures, fought with the computer to email it. Thanks to Britten it finally went through this morning. So its official, I’ve tried out for a design team. Thank you for giving me the chance.

Good for your Teresa - I havent tried out before either - was nervous to do it too!! I too finally did it! Good luck to you - i figure we are all winners. We have a love of paper crafts and have developed friendships as a result. Take care!!!
I've tried out for a couple of design teams and haven't made it yet, BUT I've always learned from the experience. I believe you have to swing if you want to hit it out of the park :D. Congratulations for putting in the effort! (And good luck!)
Good luck and if it`s not this time, don`t give up. I haven`t had the experience either but I`ll keep on making things and maybe someday I`ll meet the challenge of being on the Design Team as well. It`s all good `cause this is such a wonderful site for learning and growing. Keep up your great work!
I am in total agreement with all the other comments! I just submitted mine also... and yep, I had to get a swift kick in the "you know what" from my hubby to do it! I just love this site! You just can't help but be inspired by EVERYONES work! I am having fun "getting to know" all the members and seeing all the different ways there are to make cards and layout.... not to mention the home decor! Fabulous!

Hi, Teresa! Thanks for the compliment on the snowflake wreath. I just joined Club Ruby, submitted some of my creations, then I read about the Design Team rules. I was going to apply but realized I found out about it too late, so maybe next time. Good luck with your application...you do great work! I looked at your blog and found out you were in SU, too.
